The establishment hated it. This station was Radio Luxembourg. Radio Luxembourg changed everything: Culture. Society. Politics. And it did it all from the Villa Louvigny, a broadcast studio in the tiny country of Luxembourg. Radio Luxembourg stopped all broadcasts from the Villa in 1991. It was the end of an era. Today the Villa sits empty. Stuck between the past and its future. We’re going to change that. We’ve been digging through archives, talking to the DJs, staff and listeners.
