The establishment hated it. This station was Radio Luxembourg. Radio Luxembourg changed everything: Culture. Society. Politics. And it did it all from the Villa Louvigny, a broadcast studio in the tiny country of Luxembourg. Radio Luxembourg stopped all broadcasts from the Villa in 1991. It was the end of an era.
